Join us for the 2nd Annual Otis & Wawa Kilometers Over Cancer Tournament Trot:

• Select your favorite ACC team: during signup - the school with the most votes will win our inaugural Kilometers Cup!

Our mission is two-fold: to support earlier detection for breast cancer and to empower women.

🏆 Event Details

Greensboro is home to the Women’s ACC Tournament each spring – a celebration of sports that brings fans from across the US. It’s a chance to celebrate the achievements of women, creating an ideal opportunity to honor and support breast cancer research.

A portion of all event proceeds will benefit Earlier.org - Friends for an Earlier Breast Cancer Test® - the nation's only nonprofit breast cancer organization focused solely on identifying an earlier biological detection test for breast cancer.

👟 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk - $25 ($20 until 3/1/25)

Not a long-distance runner? That’s fine. Grab some friends and join us on race day for the 1 mile run or walk and enjoy the festivities. Includes race medal & event t-shirt. (Dogs are welcome to join you in your 1 mile)

❤️ Support the Cause! - $35

If you’re not a runner or can’t be there on race day, you can still support the cause and vote for your favorite ACC team! An event t-shirt will be shipped to you.
