👕 Shirts and Awards

• Shirts: Moisture Wicking Shirts are guaranteed to all preregistered runners and walkers before 5/05/25.
• Awards: Overall Male/Female, Overall Masters (≥ 40 yr) Male/Female.
• Age Group Awards: Top 3 Male/Female in age groups: 0-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-80, 80+.
• Special Categories: Athena (Female ≥ 170 lb), Clydesdale (Male ≥ 210 lb).

⏱️ Race Information

• Timing: Computerized Timing provided by T&H Timing.
• Course: The 5K run is a road course with moderate hills.
• Restrictions: No strollers, bicycles, in-line skates, or scooters allowed. Handicap equipment is permitted.
• Water Stations: Split times at every mile and water stations on the course.

📝 Registration

• Online Registration: Register online at www.Runsignup.com until 8AM on May 16th.
• 5K Run Fees: $25 for Ages 13 & Over, $15 for Children 12 & Under (1 Mile Walk Only).
• Jr. Police Run: $15 for younger children, a two-block run from Napoleon Street to Washington Street on Indiana Avenue, includes a run shirt.
• Mail-in Registrations: Must be postmarked before May 1, 2025. Race Day Registration: $30 for Run & Walk.

📅 Packet Pick-up

• Early Pick-up: Available on Wednesday and Thursday from 10AM-6PM at Extra Mile Fitness Co., 3400 Calumet Ave, Valparaiso, IN.
• On-Site Pick-up: Starts at 4:30PM on Friday.
