🌄 The Course

• Start: The new course begins with an uphill climb leveling off at the half mile mark.
• Middle: Enjoy 3 miles of rolling hills through the scenic village of Head of the Harbor.
• Challenge: Face the iconic Cordwood Path, a 1/2 mile incline classified as steep.
• Finish: At the top, a flat and fast finish awaits you!

• Charity: Support Ronald McDonald House Charities New York Metro (RMHC NYM)!
• Campaign: By registering today, you will be supporting RMHC NYM’s Capital Campaign to build a new $30M Ronald McDonald House at Stony Brook Children’s.
