🕖 Race Times

• Half Marathon Wheelchair Division: starts at 7:30 a.m.
• Marathon & Half Marathon: starts at 7:30 a.m.
• 5k: starts at 7:45 a.m.
• 5k Wheelchair: starts at 7:45 a.m.

🏨 Race Hotel

Need a hotel while you are in town for the race? We have rooms booked at the Holiday Inn Express. This hotel is 1 1/2 miles from the start/finish of the race!

🏞️ Course Descriptions

• Marathon Course: This is what we have for the course so far and is subject to change a little. The first half you will have some hills as you run through the South Highlands neighborhood, but after mile 10 it will be pretty flat and fast!
• Half Marathon Course: Same course as 2022, 2023, 2024.
• 5k Course: Same as 2022, 2023, 2024.

Marathon:

• $110: until July 1st
• $115: July 2nd - November 1st
• $120: November 2nd - November 22nd
• $130: race day

Half Marathon:

• $90: until July 1st
• $95: July 2nd - November 1st
• $100: November 2nd - November 22nd
• $110: race day

Half Marathon - 2 Person Relay:

• $85: until July 1st ($42.50 per person)
• $90: July 2nd - November 22nd ($42.50 per person)
• Note: NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION FOR THE TEAM RELAY

5k:

• $25: until July 1st
• $30: July 2nd - November 22nd
• $40: race day

📦 Packet Pickup

Packet pick up will be at Sportspectrum 6970 Fern Avenue, Shreveport, LA 71105

• Thursday November 20th: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
• Friday November 21st: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
• Saturday November 22nd: 9:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
• Sunday - Race Day: from 6:15 a.m. - 7:10 a.m.

No packets mailed or held. If you do not pick up your packet by the start of the race your packet will be given to our wonderful volunteers.

Yes there will be finishers medals for each race!

We have not decided on everything for the race packets yet. It will be worth signing up for though.

• Marathon: Overall Male & Female - $250 each, 2nd Overall Male & Female - $150 each, Overall Masters (40+) Male & Female - $100 each
• Half Marathon: Overall Male & Female - $250 each, 2nd Overall Male & Female - $150 each, Overall Masters (40+) Male & Female - $100 each
• 5K Overall: 1st Overall Male & Female
• 2-Person Half Marathon Relay: 1st—Coed, all male, all female teams

🍴 Refreshments

Food and beverages will be served at the post event party and awards ceremony.

🚫 Special Note

No dogs, inline skates or skateboards allowed on the race course.

⏳ Time Limit

Full Marathon has a 6 1/2 hour time limit (that is a 14:52 per mile pace)

💰 Refund & Race Entry Transfer Policy

• Refunds: If you can no longer run the race, and need cancel more than 30 days in advance, you will receive 100% refund. If you cancel between 30 days and two weeks prior to race day, you will receive 50% refund.
• Race Entry Transfers: We allow race entry transfers to another person as long as the transfer is done at least two weeks prior to race day. There is a $10.00 charge for transfers.
