💡 Our Mission
- Organizers: We are two Delaware Occupational and Speech Therapists.
- Community Need: We have identified a need for support and awareness in our community for stroke survivors and their caregivers.
- Connection: Our hope is to connect this wonderful community with local businesses and resources to shed a light on this important cause.
- Proceeds: Proceeds from this race will go towards supporting individuals who have sustained a stroke and covering extraneous expenses.

- Costs Covered: Some costs can include but are not limited to:
- Adaptive Equipment: To improve safety and quality of life.
- Mobility DME: Equipment related to mobility.
- Transportation: To and from appointments.
- Speech Devices: Speech generating devices, and thickener secondary to dysphagia.
