👻 About the Race

Join us for the annual Providence Monster Dash on Sunday, October 27, 2024 in Downtown Providence, RI. Celebrate Halloween FUN with loved ones and run or walk this FUN Halloween 5K. Don't forget the kids! Our kids race is open to children 12 and under. Parents are welcome to run with their kids.

🎭 Costume Contest

• Prize for Best Individual Costume: $100
• Prize for Best Team Costume: $200
• Team Minimum: Minimum of three people for the team costume contest.

• Date: Sunday, October 27, 2024
• Time: 9:30am Kids Run (Ages 12 and under. Girls race first followed by the boys race) // 10am 5K Run/Walk
• Location: South Water Street, Providence, RI.

🏃‍♂️ Events

Kids Dash Run

• Distance: Approximately 1/4 mile for ages 12 and under.
• Parents: May run with their children.
• Start Time: 9:30 am
• Format: Girls kids run will be first. Boys will start after the girls' kids run.

5K Run/Walk

• Distance: 3.1 Miles. As always, walkers are welcome.
• Note: No pets allowed and strollers must start in the back for safety reasons.
• Start Time: 10am

• Early Registration: $32 to 8/1/2024
• Late Registration: $34 from 9/1/2024 to 9/30/2024
• Last Chance: $36 from 10/1/2024 to 10/26/2024
• Race Weekend: $40 Walk-Up Registration*
  *Online registration closes at 8 p.m. on 10/26/2024. T-Shirts are not guaranteed for walk up registrations.

Individual Awards

• Top 3 Overall: Winners (Under 19), Winners (age 20-29), Winners (age 30-39), Winners (age 40-49), Winners (age 50-59), Winners (age 60-69), Winners (age 70+)
• Scoring: Individual awards are scored on gun time.
• Kids Race: Top 3 Boys/Girls in Kids race.

Team Award

• Overall Team: Prize will be awarded to the top overall team.
• Scoring: Top 3 score based on chip time.
• Team Size: No limit on Team size.
• Entry: Online entry for Teams only.
