Duathlon:
- Long Course: 5.1-mile run, 28.8-mile bike, 3.8-mile run
- Short Course: 1.6-mile run, 14.4-mile bike, 3.8-mile run
- Flat Bike Course Option: 1.6-mile run, 14.4-mile flat bike, 3.8-mile run
- Note: USAT Sanctioned event with all USAT rules enforced
🏞️ Course Highlights
Long Course:
- Ride through rural roads with views of Mount Rainier
- Climb Mud Mountain Dam Hill and descend Highway 410
- Experience a 14.4-mile loop twice
- Final run leads to the base of Mount Peak
Short Course:
- Scenic 1.6-mile run before hitting the bike course
- Similar rural road ride with a 14.4-mile loop
- Final run also ends at the base of Mount Peak
Flat Bike Course Option:
- Alternative for a flat biking experience
- Follows short course runs with a unique bike deviation
- Avoid the mountain climb and enjoy the farm country
