Join us for the 3rd annual Mimosas for Marrow 5K run/walk, a heartfelt event to support families affected by blood cancers and disorders, and honor the resilience of those seeking a lifesaving bone marrow transplant.

❤️ Inspired by Oakley's Journey

• Founders: Local moms, Sam and Brittany, driven by love and gratitude.
• Inspiration: Founded after Sam's daughter, Oakley, received a lifesaving bone marrow transplant in 2022.
• Mission: Fuel awareness and funds for NMDP (formally known as Be The Match).
• Registry: Supports the world’s largest and most diverse marrow donor registry.

⏳ The Urgency

• Diagnosis Rate: Every 3-4 minutes, someone in the U.S. is diagnosed with a blood cancer or disorder.
• Importance of Time: Time is crucial: a matching donor can be the only cure.

• Participation: Last year, 626 participants united in support.
• Funds Raised: Over $26,000 were raised, with a two year combined donation of nearly $45,000!
• Aim: This year, we aim higher to bring hope to those seeking a bone marrow transplant.
