The 3rd Annual KANSAS RELAYS 5K Presented by RCB Bank is a one of a kind race starting and ending on the University of Kansas track at Rock Chalk Park, and incorporating portions of surrounding roads and the Lawrence Loop.

- Start Time: 7:00 AM
- Finish Time: Participants have one hour to finish.
- What's Included: Custom race shirt and finisher's medal featuring the world famous KANSAS JAYHAWK.

📅 Packet Pick-Up Details
- Friday, April 18th: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Ad Astra Running (835 Massachusetts, Lawrence, KS, 66044)
- Saturday, April 19th: 6:00 AM - 6:30 AM at Rock Chalk Park (northeast of the track, near flagpoles)
💻 Virtual Option
Receive a race shirt and official finisher’s medal for your commitment to walk or run a 5K at a place and time of your own choosing! Submitting results is not required. Shipping is included to addresses outside Lawrence, KS: items will ship in late-April, after the running of the in-person race. Virtual participants residing in Lawrence, KS, once notified, can pick up their shirt & medal in person at Ad Astra Running, 835 Massachusetts, during regular store hours (M-F 10-7, Sat 10-5, Sun 12-5).
