🏃♂️ Race Overview
- Purpose: The purpose of this non-competitive race is to bring the Sunflower Elementary and Lawrence community together to support health, wellness, and connection.
- Location: The race start will take place at Sunflower Elementary School in beautiful Lawrence, KS.
- Route: The race consists of a loop circling the Sunflower and Southwest Middle School property that is partially off-road on grass and partially on paved sidewalk.
- Participation: Participants can run/walk from one to three loops based on preference, with volunteers present to help with route directing.
🎽 Event Details
- Finish Line: The finish line of the race is on the Southwest Middle School Track.
- Included: A t-shirt is included in the entry fee and can be picked up at Sunflower the morning of the race from 7:30 to 8:45 am.
- Payment Options: Payment can also be made in person via check, cash, or PayPal the morning of the race with a t-shirt included while supplies last.
📅 Schedule of Events
- 9 am: Tot Trot begins on Sunflower playground blacktop near the gazebo.
- 9:10 - 9:30 am: Dad Dash on Sunflower playground blacktop near the gazebo.
- 9:30 am: Sunflower Fun Run/Walk begins! Starting line will be on the grass near the gaga ball pit.
