🎖️ Join Us for the 3rd Annual “In Honor of!” 5K Run/Walk
This race provides an opportunity for all of us to pay our respects, remember, honor, and thank those Americans who gave their lives serving our country.
- Course: The race course uses a USATF Virginia Capitol Trail Landfall 5k certified course, VA22029RT.
- Start Point: Runners and walkers will start and finish near the 0 mile marker on the Capitol Trail.
- Terrain: The course is flat and fast, winding through beautiful Landfall.
🎺 Special Ceremony with Taps
Fife and Drum will play Taps to kick-off the race in honor of those who sacrificed all!

- Custom T-Shirt: Participants will receive a custom performance T (size guaranteed if signed up by May 12th, 2025).
- Swag Bag: Enjoy a swag bag filled with goodies.
- Post Race Celebration: Includes pizza, beer (21 and older participants only), and other refreshments (for all ages).

🏅 Finisher Medals and Awards
First 200 Finishers: Receive a memorable custom Finisher Medal.
Awards: Given to top three men and women overall, top male and female masters, and top three men and women in age groups: 12 and under, 13-15, 16-19, and 20-29 up to 80 and over. Top Five men and women in the competitive walk.
