Great Lakes Bay Animal Society’s 12th Annual Fast & Furriest 5K Run/Walk

Date: May 3, 2025

Location: 2840 E. Monroe Rd., Midland, MI

Type: This event is a 5K Trail Run/Walk.

🏃 Race Details

• Chip Timed Events: We will have the 5K run/walk without dogs and the 5K run/walk with dogs.
• Awards: Medals for first, second, and third place in male and female categories.
• Support Stations: Aid and water stations are positioned along the trail.
• Family-Friendly: This is a family-friendly and kid-friendly event, and the trail is stroller-friendly.

🎽 Registration Information

Packet pick-up and late registration will be at Midland City Forest:

• Date: Friday, May 2, 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
• Timed Race Without Dogs: Saturday, May 3, 7:30 AM - 8:45 AM
• Timed Race With Dogs: Saturday, May 3, 9:00 AM
• Free Entry: Children 6 and under can run/walk for FREE!

🐶 Participation

Runners and walkers are encouraged to bring their canine companions and celebrate the special human-animal bond! Runners and walkers without dogs are also encouraged to come participate in the fun!

Event T-shirts and other goodies for the runners/walkers will be guaranteed to those who register by April 21, 2025.
