2025 Grit Your Grief 5K Run Walk

The Children's Grief Center of the Great Lakes Bay Region presents the Grit Your Grief 5K Run/Walk at MBS International Airport ON THE RUNWAY, including a KIDS COLOR RUN on MBS property!

📅 Registration Details

• Early Bird Registration: $35 - Must be registered by April 21st to guarantee a T-Shirt.
• Regular Registration: $45 - From May 15th to May 17th: receive a race T-shirt and medal ONLY IF AVAILABLE.
• Packet Pick-Up: Live race packets will be available the day of the race: virtual race packets available on race day or the following week at the Children's Grief Center.
• Memorial Signs: Available for purchase to honor loved ones: displayed on MBS property during the event.

🏅 5K Race Details

During the VIRTUAL Race Weeks (May 6-20), participants choose their own routes. For the LIVE Race Event on May 17th, the 5K starts at 10:00 a.m. and the path will include MBS taxiways and a portion of a main runway.

🎨 Color Run Details

• Start Time: Color Run for all ages starts at 11:30 a.m.
• Registration Fee: $20 - Must be registered by April 21st to guarantee a T-Shirt.
• T-Shirt Requirement: All participants must be registered to get a T-shirt. Kids can register after or onsite but should wear a white shirt if not available.
• Family Discount: Call the office for a discount code if more than 3 family members are participating in the Color Run (989-495-9335).

This is a Great Lakes Bay Regional event. All proceeds will directly benefit ALL of the children and families we serve in the Great Lakes Bay Region.
