Join us on beautiful Belle Isle for our annual Escape to Belle Isle races! Every dollar raised helps Ronald McDonald House Charities Detroit provide support for parents of hospitalized kids, relieving financial burdens and continuing care beyond the patient.
For a sick kid, there's nothing better than having mom and dad by their side. For parents, there's comfort, support, and a place to call home when they have to travel for their critically ill or injured child to receive medical care.
🎽 Frequently Asked Questions
Where can I pick up my packet? You can pick up your packet starting at 7:00 am on race day. Parking is free and close by if you need to drop off items or change.
What time do the races start? The 2-mile, 5k, and 10k races all begin at 8:30 am. The Kid's Fun Run starts around 10 am after the other races.
Can I bring my stroller? What about my dog? We are stroller and pet-friendly! Bring your kids and furry friends for a morning of family fun.
How far is the Kid's Fun Run? The Kid's Fun Run is about 400 yards, and participants get their own medals.
Does everyone get a shirt and a medal? Yes! All registered runners/walkers will receive a shirt and a medal.
