🎨 Color Blast Fun Run

The Tyrone Race Series presents Color Blast Fun Run!

The Color Blast Fun Run will be a 1 Mile & 5K Event that will take place at Tyrone Area School District Parking Lot on April 26th, 2025! The Color Blast is a community event, open to all ages. Students, community members, and families can register to walk or run the approximately 1 Mile or 5K loop across the district campus. Throughout the designated path, there will be various stations where participants will be “colored” in Color Blast Zones.

💰 Fundraising Goals

Tyrone Area School Students will be raising donations and receive incentives for amount of donations raised. All donations raised will go to our Positive Behavior Support Programs (SOAR) at the Tyrone Elementary, Middle and High Schools. Positive Behavior Support Programs (SOAR) is our school-wide positive behavior and intervention support system (SWPBIS) and is a proactive approach that promotes appropriate student behavior and increased learning.

• Donation Incentives: School which raises the most will receive an additional percentage of donations.
• Deadline: Fundraising deadline will be April 4th, 2025.
• Goal: Our donation goal is $10,000.
• Contribution Options: Not a runner and still want to contribute? Open donations will be available if you click on donate at the top of the page.

Join us for a day full of color, community, and fun. Food trucks, vendor fair, basket raffle, face painting, tie-dye station and more!

The start and finish line will be in the Tyrone Area School District Parking Lot.

• 9:30 AM: Check in and day of registration
• 11 AM: 1 Mile & 5K starts
• Post-Race: Closing Ceremony with Color Blast - Celebrate together with a large group COLOR BLAST

👕 Registration Information

Early Registration: Registrations paper forms can be turned in at Tyrone Elementary, Middle and High School main offices or you may register on runsignup.com. Register by April 12, 2024 to be guaranteed short sleeve shirt. Tyrone Elementary, Middle and High School School Offices will have flyer and paper registration available for pickup and drop-off.

Checks made payable to Tyrone Race Series

Day of Race Registration: Race registration for the day of is only available from 9:00 AM-11:00 AM. Not guaranteed a race shirt.

• Color Blast Fun Run 1 Mile Immediate Family Member assisting Elementary School Students: Early Registration: $10, Day of Registration: $15
• Color Blast Fun Run 5K Middle/High School Students: Early Registration: $20, Day of Registration: $25
• Color Blast Fun Run 1 Mile Community: Early Registration: $30, Day of Registration: $35

Registration includes a short sleeve shirt and race goodie bag: Youth S-L & Adult S - 3XL

⚠️ Cancellation and Weather Policy

• Cancellation Disclaimer: In the event of a cancellation of Color Blast Fun Run, all proceeds will be given to Tyrone's SOAR Program.
• Inclement Weather: We will be monitoring the forecast and in the event of inclement weather the race will be postponed to a later date provided by the Color Blast Fun Run committee. Any updates will be posted on the race website and on the Facebook event.
