🏃♀️ Race Overview
Join us for the Brookline PTOs 9th Annual Brookline Bolt 5K brought to you by Scribbles on Sunday, May 18, 2025. We will again be holding this years run/walk at beautiful Camp Tevya, located next to Lake Potanipo.
🎽 Fundraising Efforts
- Major Fundraiser: Traditionally this race has been a major fundraiser for the Brookline PTO.
- Community Support: The PTO is graciously supported by many local businesses.
- Race Day T-Shirts: We will bring back race day t-shirts to highlight our sponsors!
- Registration Bonus: The first 50 registrants will receive a free T-shirt!
👶 Kids Fun Run
- Event Details: The KIDS FUN RUN is back!
- Route: The route is a .25 mile loop around the cabins at Camp Tevya.
- Free Participation: The kids run is free for all kids, regardless of participation in the 5k Run/Walk.
- Timing: The kids run will begin at 8:30am sharp, followed by the 5K at 9:00am.
🌳 5K Course Information
The 5K course is out and back on the picturesque Brookline Conservation trails. While the terrain is mostly flat, it might be difficult to navigate with a stroller (jogging strollers handle the course just fine). Walkers and runners are all welcome!
💵 Registration Fees
- Ages 5-12: $15.00 from now thru Sat. 5/18/24 at 12pm.
- Ages 13-99: $25 (now thru 2/28/25), $30 (3/1/25 thru 3/31/25), $35 (4/1/25 thru 5/17/25 at 12pm).
- Same Day Registration: A limited amount will be available for $40.
- Early Bib Pick-Up: If you have pre-registered, early bib pick up will be at the Brookline Ball Park on May 16th from 2-4pm.
👟 Sneakers Collection
We have partnered with Sneakers4Good to collect gently used sneakers on race day that will be sent to developing countries and keep them out of landfills. Simply bring your used sneakers with you on race day and drop them in one of the boxes provided!
