Celebrate aviation at the largest outdoor office party in Brevard County! Put together a team and have a great time with co-workers, family and friends. A live band, food available and complimentary beer will be provided!

⚠️ Please Note

• No Dogs Allowed: Dogs are not allowed inside the airfield due to safety regulations.
• Race Bib Requirement: No one without a race bib will be permitted on the runway, including children. The only exception is babies/toddlers in strollers who stay in the stroller for the entire duration of the race.

March 26, 2025 6:00 pm: Team Captain's Meeting at Running Zone (3696 N Wickham Rd, Melbourne, FL 32935)

March 28, 2025: Tent Rental DEADLINE

March 31, 2025: PRICE INCREASE from $35 to $40

April 4, 2025: Last day for team member switches and transfers at 11:59 pm

April 4, 2025: Registration Closes at 11:59 pm

April 8th & 9th: CAPTAIN'S PACKET PICK UP: Captains may come to Running Zone between 10:00 am and 6:30 pm to pick up their team's race bib numbers, shirts, and medals.

Team Photos: 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm

Race Start: 6:30 pm

Team Captains: Responsible for picking up the team's race bib numbers, t-shirts, and medals. Individual participants should contact their team captain for coordination.

👔 Info For Team Captains

Team captains receive a captain's t-shirt for leading their team in this event! Mark your calendar for the Team Captain's Meeting on March 27th at 6:00 pm at Running Zone, Beer and Snacks provided!

Note: Team captains need to register as a team member if they wish to participate in the event. This is a separate step from registering your corporate team.
