✈️ Welcome to the 14th Anniversary of the Brevard Corporate 5K

Melbourne Orlando International Airport, on Aerospace Drive, Melbourne, FL 32901

Celebrate aviation at the largest outdoor office party in Brevard County! Put together a team and have a great time with co-workers, family and friends. A live band, food available and complimentary beer will be provided!

🚫 Please Note:

• No Dogs Allowed: Dogs are not allowed inside the airfield.
• Runway Access: No one without a race bib will be allowed on the runway, including children. The only exception is babies/toddlers in strollers.

📅 Important Dates:

March 26, 2025: Team Captain's Meeting at Running Zone 6 PM

March 28, 2025: Tent Rental DEADLINE

March 31, 2025: PRICE INCREASE from $35 to $40

April 4, 2025: Last day for team member switches and transfers at 11:59 PM

April 4, 2025: Registration Closes at 11:59 PM

April 8th & 9th: CAPTAIN'S PACKET PICK UP—Captains may come to Running Zone between 10:00 AM and 6:30 PM to pick up their team's race bib numbers, shirts, and medals.

Team Photos: 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM

Race Start: 6:30 PM

Team Captains' Responsibility: Team captains must pick up the team's race bib numbers, t-shirts, and medals. Individual participants should contact their team captain for how to receive their race bib numbers.

🎉 Info For Team Captains:

Team captains receive a captain's t-shirt for leading their team in this event! Mark your calendar for the Team Captain's Meeting on March 26th: Beer and Snacks provided!

Important Registration Note: Team captains need to register as a team member if they wish to participate in the event. Please note, this is a separate step from registering your corporate team.
