🏖️ Seaside Stride Description

• Date: April 5, 2025
• Location: Fish Lips Waterfront Grill, Cape Canaveral, FL
• Start Times: 5:00 am for 20 mile trekkers, 8:00 am for 10 mile trekkers
• Event Type: Community gathering for outdoor enthusiasts

This is not a race, but a community event to gather outdoor enthusiasts to RISE together to help bring awareness and end the sexual exploitation of others.

🚶‍♂️ Trek Options

• Distance Options: 10 mile or 20 mile beach trek
• Course: Out and back trek starting and returning to Fish Lips Waterfront Grill
• Path: Beautiful tide day with options to break away to the sidewalk along the way
• Note: The 20 mile trek has a repeat section with multiple turnarounds

🏋️‍♂️ Preparation

Participants should physically prepare, train and previously completed a similar distance before trek day. A training guide is available HERE!! While not required, we encourage individual fundraising and sharing physical training progress leading up to this adventure.

🍽️ Event Experience

• Snacks and Drinks: Participants provide personal snacks and drinks during the trek
• Included: Post-trek celebration with a Free drink of choice and light breakfast snacks
• Swag: Event t-shirt and swag bag included in registration
• Lunch: We do encourage that you stay and enjoy lunch at Fish Lips after the event

💖 Beneficiary

Proceeds from this event benefit the prevention, identification, rehabilitation support for survivors of those who have been sexually exploited. Your involvement is critical to our success and we are grateful for your participation.
