The MILFORD BANK and the MILFORD MOVES FOR VETERANS event committee are extremely happy to host our annual event! We are looking forward to seeing you again at our safe run & walk!

💖 SUPPORT OUR VETERANS

All proceeds raised will be donated to Milford's Veterans groups: American Legion, Disabled American Veterans (DAV), Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), Vietnam Veterans of America (VVA) and Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association (CVMA).

Please consider a donation of any amount to help our veterans in Milford.

🏅 ABOUT THE COURSE

Inclusive: We encourage all abilities to join us. You’ll love our course!
Safety: This event will be held in compliance with State of CT, city and health department guidelines.

⏱️ RACE DETAILS

Timing: The 5K Run/Walk is bib chip-timed from the start & finish - you receive your ‘net’ time from ‘Last Mile Racing’.
Prizes: All runners & walkers completing the entire 5K are eligible for prizes based on their time.
Parking: Plenty of parking in nearby lots, at The Milford Bank on the green, and Colony Grill parking lots (no parking on the racecourse).
Kids Fun Run: A free Kids, safe “Run For The Flag” Fun Run - a non-competitive, 200-yard scamper for kids 10 and younger only - weather permitting. All kids receive a flag and medal at the finish.

💰 REGISTRATION FEES

Capacity: Registration closes at 350 people, so sign up before it’s too late!
Deadline: Online registration officially closes once we are full but will be open on Race Day if we are not full.
Online Registration: March 21 - March 31: $30 age 19 & over: $20 age 18 & under. April 1 - June 15: $33 / $20. June 16 - June 23: $35 / $20.
Military: U.S. military and veterans are free unless we are sold out.

🗓️ EVENT SCHEDULE

Pickup Day: Friday, June 20 from 3pm-5pm at the Milford Bank, 33 Broad St.
Saturday: June 21 - 9am - 11am Bib Pick-up & swag.
Sunday: June 22 - 7:30 am - 8:55 am Bib Pick-up & swag at Lisman Landing, 37 Helwig St., Milford CT.
Race Time: 8:30 am Kids “Run For The Flag” FREE fun run: 9:00 am 5K Run/Walk start.

🏆 Awards and Recognition

Gift Cards: Special Woodbridge Running Company gift cards to Top M, F & Nb Champions.
Medals: Medals to the M, F 2nd, 3rd in all age groups & kids 18 & under.
Age Groups: 9 & under, 10-13, 14-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+.
Discount: Woodbridge Running Company is offering a 10% discount to all participants who bring in their bib by July 31st.
