Run Walk or Stroll with us at our Third Annual 5K For Life at Mike Lewis Park Grand Prairie! Come & make a difference in the community. New runners and families are welcome to join the 5K. Our vision for this annual 5k is to inspire our community to lock arms with the Grand Prairie Pregnancy Resource Center, and promote awareness and support. We will have local vendors from our region with us to come and celebrate!

• Assistance: We offer FREE practical assistance, resources, education, and care.
• Support: We help moms, dads, and families facing unexpected pregnancies.

📍 Pre-Packet Pickup Location

• Location: Grand Prairie Chamber Of Commerce, 900 Conover Dr, Grand Prairie, TX 75051.
• Date: Thursday April 24th.
• Time: 2pm-6pm.

🏁 Race Day Packet Pickup

Mike Lewis Park (race site), 2410 N Carrier Pkwy, Grand Prairie, TX 75050 from 6:30a -7:30am.

🤝 Volunteer with Us

We are looking for volunteers to help make this event a success!

• Aid Station: Provide water to participants and keep the course clean.
• Course Monitor: Help maintain a safe course for participants.
• Contact: Email cpcgplife@sbcglobal.net if you wish to volunteer. Great way to rack up community hours/credits.
• Encouragement: Feel free to bring pom poms, horns, music, signs etc. to cheer on runners!

🏆 Awards

• Categories: Male and Female Overall.
• Winners: Top 3 Male and Female for the following age groups: 15-24, 25-34, 35-44, 45-54, 55-64, 65-74, 75-84.

📝 Refund/Cancellation Policy

• Weather Policy: All Lace Up Running events proceed rain or shine.
• No Refunds: We have a strict no refund policy.
• Conditions: If weather turns unsafe, the event may be cancelled at the discretion of the Race Director.
• Alternative Participation: If you are unable to participate, you can still receive your packet, shirt, and medal, and run the race on your own time.
