Empowerment, Unity, and Wellness - step into the stride of positive change with our upcoming event! We are thrilled to invite you to our 5K Walk/Run-a-Thon, hosted by Helping Us Help Her (HUHH) a dedicated mentorship program breaking down barriers and creating a supportive environment for young ladies aged 13-18, now expanding to welcome young men. Your support goes a long way in creating a brighter future for the youth in our community. Lace-up your sneakers, bring your friends, family, neighbors, classmates, and co-workers, and let's stride together toward a healthier, happier, and more empowered tomorrow. This is a Timed race.

🗓️ Race Day Schedule

The race day schedule will be shared closer to the event date.

🤝 Volunteer with Us

• Packet Pickup: Help distribute race packets to participants.
• Aid Station: Provide water to participants and keep the course clean.
• Course Monitor: Ensure safety by guiding participants and redirecting traffic.
• Costume Award: Bring cheer instruments and wear creative costumes!

🏆 Awards

• Overall Winners: Male and Female categories.
• Top 3 Finishers: Awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
• Age Categories: Separate awards for ages 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79.
• Packet Pickup: Anyone can pick up your packet (maximum of 6 per pickup).

❗ Refund/Cancellation Policy

• No Refunds: All events proceed rain or shine. Strict no refund policy.
• Weather Delays: Start time may be delayed up to 30 minutes in extreme weather.
• Event Changes: Cancellations or course alterations are at the discretion of the Race Director.
• Alternative Options: If you cannot participate, you can still receive your packet, shirt, and medal.
