- Thursday: 6:15 PM – Coached Group Meeting
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – Long run or walk

- Strength Training: Weekly strength training video provided by Dr. Anthony
- Tuesday: 6:15 PM – Fleet Feet Club Run
- Bonus: Get your miles and your smiles! Stick around afterward for pizza and drinks.
