Hot flashes might slow you down, but they can't stop your stride! Laugh, move, connect, and feel fabulous alongside women who truly get it. Join this incredible movement as we redefine what it means to be vibrant, confident, and (sometimes) overheated, at every stage of womanhood.

• Race Day Packet Pickup: 7am-7:45am
• Start Time: 3pm-6pm
• Location: Mike Lewis Park (race site)

🙌 Volunteer Opportunities

Join us in making this event unforgettable!

• Packet pickup: Assist in handing out packets
• Aid station: Provide water to participants and keep the course clean
• Course Monitor: Help maintain a safe course
• Cheer: Feel free to bring pom poms, horns, and signs to encourage runners

Awards will be presented to celebrate the achievements of our participants.

⚠️ Refund/Cancellation Policy

Cancelation Policy: Hot Flash 5k Walk/Run events proceed rain or shine or snow or cold. For that reason, we have a strict no refund policy.

• Extreme Weather: Start time may be delayed by up to half an hour.
• Course Adjustment: May be shortened or altered for participant safety.
• Cancellation: Events may be canceled due to unsafe conditions at the discretion of the Race Director.
• Virtual Option: If unable to participate, you can still receive your packet, shirt, and medal.
