Indian Trail 5K Run, Non-Competitive Walk & Kids Mile

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

The Indian Trail 5K Run, Non-Competitive Walk & Kids Mile is located on the grounds of Mississinewa High School in Gas City, IN.

• Fundraiser: The 5K is a fundraiser for the Mississinewa Cross Country program which is made of the high school team, middle school team, and the Indians Elementary running club.
• Course: The course is a newly designed course that runs the perimeter of the athletic fields with multiple loops through the woods.
• Fun & Fast: This course is fun, fast, and challenging.

🕖 Schedule

• Registration: 6:30 - 7:30 am
• Kids Mile Run: 7:30 - 7:45 am
• 5K Race: 8:00 - 8:45 am
• Non-Competitive Walk: 8:00 - 8:45 am

Awards will follow shortly after.

🎖 Discounts & Awards

• Discounts Available: Discounts available for military, first responders, Mississinewa cross country alumni, teachers, current middle school or high school cross country or track athlete.
• Mile Kids Run: Participants aged 3-10 years old will be recognized.
• Top Finishers: Top 3 Girl Finishers and Top 3 Boy Finishers will receive awards.
• 5K Awards: Top 3 Male & Female Finishers in each Age Division: Overall Female and Male Runner Awards.

🏆 Age Divisions

• 14 & Under: Awards for participants in this division.
• 15-19 yrs old: Awards for participants in this division.
• 20-29 yrs old: Awards for participants in this division.
• 30-39 yrs old: Awards for participants in this division.
• 40-49 yrs old: Awards for participants in this division.
• 50-59 yrs old: Awards for participants in this division.
• 60+: Awards for participants in this division.

In addition to the age division winners, we will give special awards to the youngest 5K run finisher and the oldest 5K run finisher.
