📅 5K Run / Walk on Sunday, June 22, 2025

💪 Join Us for a Great Cause

• Event Appreciation: We appreciate all of you who made it to our family-friendly event. Join us for a great fundraiser honoring local Veterans.
• Proceeds: All proceeds raised will be donated to Milford's Veterans groups: American Legion, Disabled American Veterans (DAV), Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), Vietnam Veterans of America (VVA) and Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association (CVMA).
• Encouragement: We encourage all abilities to join us. You’ll love our course!
• Safety Compliance: This event will be held in compliance with State of CT, city and health department guidelines.

🏃‍♂️ Race Details

• Timing: The 5k Run/Walk is bib chip-timed from the start & finish- you receive your ‘net’ time from ‘Last Mile Racing’.
• Prizes: All runners & walkers completing the entire 5k are eligible for prizes based on their time.
• Parking: Plenty of parking in nearby lots, at The Milford Bank on the green, and Colony Grill parking lots (no parking on the racecourse).
• Kids Fun Run: A free Kids, safe “Run For The Flag” Fun Run- a non-competitive, 200-yard scamper for kids 10 and younger only - weather permitting. All kids receive a flag and medal at the finish.

📝 Registration Info

• Registration Limit: Registration closes at 350 people, so sign up before it’s too late!
• Online Registration: Online registration officially closes once we are full but will be open on Race Day if there is room.
• Registration Fees: March 21 - March 31: $30 age 19 & over: $20 age 18 & under
  April 1 - June 15: $33 / $20
  June 16 - June 23: $35 / $20
• Military Participation: U.S. Military and Veterans are free unless we are sold out. Military info required at checkout.

🎽 Giveaway Details

• Shirt Giveaway: A great short sleeve commemorative t-shirt with size guaranteed to pre-registered by June 9.
• Post-race Snacks: Snack giveaways after you’re done.
• Course Highlights: Click here for course highlights- great water views, 95% flat, quiet roads, water table.

📅 Event Schedule

• Pickup Day: New, added pickup day- Friday, June 20 from 3 pm-5 pm at the Milford Bank, 33 Broad St.
• Bib Pick-up: Saturday, June 21- 9 am - 11 am and Sunday, June 22 - 7:30 am - 8:55 am at Lisman Landing, 37 Helwig St., Milford CT.
• Race Start: 8:40 am Kids “Run For The Flag” FREE fun run: 9:00 am 5K Run/Walk starts.

• Gift Cards: Special Woodbridge Running Company gift cards to Top M, F & Nb Champions.
• Age Group Awards: 1st place age group GC awards to all 19 & older groups.
• Medals: Medals to the M, F 2nd, 3rd in all age groups & kids 18 & under.
• Age Groups: 9 & under, 10-13, 14-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+ (+ 80’s if pre-registered).
