Miles for Smiles is a heartwarming, family-friendly event dedicated to supporting Meals on Wheels Senior Services of Rockwall County. Every mile you walk or run helps serve as a beacon of hope, providing connection, care, and essential services for homebound seniors in our community.

• Connection: Helps combat senior isolation through Allan’s Companion Program.
• Care: Support Ani-Meals, ensuring seniors’ pets are cared for.
• Resources: Provides vital caregiver resources for those who give so much.
• Community: A chance to bring generations together and foster community.

Runners registered by the end of the day on February 15, 2026, are guaranteed a t-shirt of the desired/ordered sizes. Our T-shirts order must be ordered on February 16, 2026, and your t-shirts must be printed and shipped.
