🎽 Purpose
- Fundraiser: The HOH 5k is the sole fundraiser for the HOH scholarship program.
- Organizers: This race is organized by the Northbrook District 28 PTO Council.
- Volunteers: Volunteers from Greenbriar, Meadowbrook, Northbrook Junior High and Westmoor help organize the event.
- Proceeds: All proceeds benefit the Homer O. Harvey Scholarship Fund.
🕗 Race Details
- Start Time: 5K runners and walkers will start at 8:00 a.m with a group start.
- Strollers: We welcome strollers, but NO dogs, bikes or rollerblades please.
- Lot Closure: The lot behind the junior high will be closed from 7:45 - 8:15 a.m. for the race.
- Timing: The race is chip timed for instant results of the race. Runners can see their results after they finish.
👶 Kids Fun Run
- Time: At 9:00 a.m. there will be a kids fun run.
- Eligibility: Kids age 6 & under are invited to participate.
- Registration Deadline: Registration for the kids run will close at 7:45 a.m.
