Hanover Education Foundation's Run for Health 5K

🏃‍♂️THE HANOVER EDUCATION FOUNDATION 5K AND ONE-MILE FUN-WALK

🕖TIME

• Check-in: Check in starts at 7:00 am for pre-registrants.
• 5K Start: 8:30am is the official 5K race start time.
• Fun Walk: The Fun Walk begins at 8:15am.

📍PLACE

• Location: Race begins at Whippany Park High School.
• Address: 165 Whippany Road, Whippany, NJ 07981.
• Parking: Available in the parking lots at Whippany Park High School and surrounding streets.
• Extras: Refreshments and music will be provided before and after the race.

🏁5K COURSE

• Certified: The 5K Run for Health is a sanctioned USATF course (3.1 miles).
• Route: The course runs through the neighboring areas.
• Support: There will be water stations and timers along the route.

💵5K FEE

• Pre-registration: $35.00 single adult or $25.00 child fee.
• Deadline: Register online no later than Midnight, April 30th for the pre-registration rate.
• Race Day: $40.00 (CASH) single and $30.00 (CASH) child.
• Shirts: Receive a t-shirt while supplies last.

🚶‍♀️ONE-MILE FUN-WALK

• Activity: A One-Mile Fun-Walk has been added to the mix of activities.
• Route: Walkers will begin and end at the 5K Race finish line.
• Start Time: The Fun-Walk will begin promptly at 8:15AM.

💰ONE-MILE FUN-WALK FEE

• Pre-registration: $25.00 single adult or $15.00 child fee.
• Same-Day: $30.00 single adult or $20.00 child fee.

👕

• Registration Deadline: Register for either the 5K or the One-Mile Fun-Walk on or before April 30th.
• Shirt Size: You will be guaranteed a tee-shirt in the size you selected.
• Availability: Requests for all registrations received from April 30th to Race Day are subject to availability.

📅EARLY PICK-UP

• Date/Time: Pre-race T-Shirt and BIB pickup will be available between 6pm and 7pm on MAY 9th.
• Location: At the Whippany Chiropractic office, 133 Whippany Rd, Whippany, NJ 07981.

🏆AWARDS

• Trophies: For the Top three M/F overall.
• Medals: Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals to the top three M/F finishers in 18 age categories.
• Age Categories: 10 and under, and 5-year age groups: 10 thru 90+.

🏅COURSE RECORD

• Record: 17:13.3 by James Troiano - Age 17.
• Year: Record was set in 2019.
