Step up to the plate and join us for the Gus 5K, a family-friendly fun run inspired by everyone’s favorite mascot, GUS of the Fredericksburg Nationals! Whether you're sprinting like you're stealing home or jogging to enjoy the sights, this race is a celebration of community, baseball, and giving back.

📍 Course Highlights

• Starting Point: Start at the "First Base Line," near Virginia Credit Union Stadium, where Gus himself will send you off with his signature high-fives.
• Scenic Route: Wind through the scenic streets of Fredericksburg, passing stations decked out in red, white, and blue—just like Gus’s favorite gear.
• Finish Line: Cross the "Home Plate Finish Line" on the field at Virginia Credit Union Stadium, with cheering fans in the stands and music pumping through the speakers!

💥 Race-Day Features

• Mascot Madness: Join Gus and his mascot pals for a pre-race warmup and photo ops.
• Team Spirit Stops: Volunteers in FredNats jerseys will keep you motivated with water, cheers, and baseball-themed surprises along the course.
• Post-Race Celebration: After the race, enjoy ballpark snacks, games, and a Gus-themed medal ceremony.
