- Race Series: 6th race in the Coldwell Banker Elite Grand Prix series

- Start Location: James Monroe High School parking lot
- Packet Pickup: Thursday, July 3, 2025, from 1-6 p.m. at Lucky Road Run Shop, 1865 Carl D. Silver Pkwy 22401
- Day of Race Pickup: 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.
- Race Start Time: 7:30 a.m.
💵 Entry Fees
- Early Registration: February 17th – June 7th: $35
- Late Registration: June 8th – July 2nd: $40
- Last Minute Registration: July 3rd & 4th: $45
- Shirt Deadline: Register by June 7th to receive a free shirt

- Age Groups: 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & Over
- Overall Winners: 1st, 2nd and 3rd in both men and women's divisions
