It's our 19th year of hosting Run for Your Heart 5K / 10K! Come celebrate with us on Saturday, February 14, 2026.
- Start Times: 5K and 10K race starts at 7am: Kid's 20 yard dash starts at 8am.
- Accessibility: You can walk or run: this is a stroller-friendly race.
- Course: Flat, fast, and certified, through the beautiful neighborhood of North River Shores.
- Finisher Rewards: All finishers receive a medal, souvenir shirt, and age group trophies.

Spaces are limited for guaranteed race shirts and finisher medals: only 500 race medals available.
- Full Price 5K Registration: Guaranteed race shirt and finisher medal.
- Full Price 10K Registration: Guaranteed race shirt and finisher medal.
- Going Old School 5K: Discounted rate: no shirt or finisher medal.

📦 Packet Pickup

We encourage you to pick up your race packets BEFORE race day. You can pick up for friends and family: just need to know their name.
- Thursday, February 12: 10am - 6pm
- Friday, February 13: 10am - 6pm
- Race Day, Saturday, February 14: 5:45am - 6:50am
⚠️ Refund and Transfer Policy
We do not allow refunds for this race. You may request to transfer your race entry to another Fleet Feet race (Dreamin' of the Keys 5K on 5/16/26, The Furnace 5K on 8/8/26, or Run for Your Heart in 2027).
