📅 Event Details

• Date: Saturday, May 17th, 2025
• Location: The Armory, Columbus, Ohio
• Race Start Times: 8:00 AM for 5k, 9:30 AM for 1-miler
• Arrival Time: Athletes should arrive around 7:00-7:30 AM

💰 Registration Information

Join us for our Spring 2025 all-women’s 5k, young girls 1-miler, and hybrid athlete event to compete for a cause. Our goal is to raise $10,000 for Ruling Our eXperiences (ROX) to sponsor 100 young girls in their confidence-building program.

• Registration Price: Jumps occur on April 17th and race day
• Registration Benefits: Entry, sauna/cold plunge village, VIP entry to event, and prizes
• Team Registration: Options for group registration with incentives
• Team Incentives: Gift cards and free sessions with XYL founder

🏅 Divisions

This race is open to ALL levels and ages. You can walk, run, jog, or ruck.

• Young Girls 1-miler: 12 years or younger
• 5k: Any age or skill level
• Hybrid Division: Compete in the 5k AND lifting event click here for lifting information
• Event Opportunities: Confidence building, competition, and community support

💖 Supporting Charity

Our goal is to raise $10,000 for Ruling Our eXperience (ROX) programs. This will support 100 young girls. ROX, Ruling Our eXperiences, is a national non-profit leader in programming, research and education focused on girls.
