🏃‍♀️ 5K Event Highlights

• Non-competitive: Our 5K event is unlike any other, as it is a non-competitive celebration of the girls' achievements.
• Promotes: Girls on the Run promotes healthy habits and lifelong confidence.
• Joyful Moments: Crossing the finish line instills confidence through completion and is a joyful moment program participants always remember!
• Support: Join us at our 5K to support, cheer on, and cross the finish line alongside GOTR girls as they accomplish their goals!

🏅 Commemorative Medals

Everyone in our program receives a commemorative medal to celebrate this incredible achievement.

🚫 Registration Information

• Current Participants/Coaches: If you are a current participant or coach of the Girls on the Run or Heart & Sole program, you do not need to register for the 5K. Your program registration and volunteer service includes your entry into the 5K.
• Alumni Discount: If you are a GOTR/Heart & Sole alumna, meaning you have participated in the program in the past, you can email gotrcoed@gmail.com to receive a 50% discount code for one entry.
• Verification: Please note that verification of your previous participation in Girls on the Run/Girls on Track/Heart & Sole will be done before a discount code is provided.
