Sprout 5K

Event Overview

Join us October 26th 2025 for the 13th Annual Sprout 5K and Fun Run!

• Purpose: The Sprout 5k is being held to raise funds and awareness for Sprout Therapeutic & Education Riding Center in Aldie, Virginia.
• Impact: Sprout offers high-quality programming for individuals with various diagnoses, including Autism, Cerebral Palsy, and Down Syndrome.
• Service: Currently serves over 185 individuals weekly with the support of over 100 volunteers.
• Acknowledgment: Sprout is the 2023 "Best of the Best" Equine Facility in Loudoun County.

Event Details

• When: October 26, 2025. The 5K starts at 9:00 am, followed by the 1K immediately after.
• Where: Clyde's Willow Creek Farm at Broadlands, 42920 Broadlands Blvd, Ashburn, VA 20148.
• Post-Race: All registered runners will receive a commemorative T-shirt and complimentary food and beverage from Clyde's!
• Registration Deadline: Register by October 5th to be guaranteed a race shirt. (Shirts must be picked up at packet pick-up or race day registration: they will not be mailed.)

Registration Fees

• 5K Registration: $30 through October 5: $40 from October 6 to October 26 (race day).
• Student Rate: $20 for students (21 & Under) through October 5: $30 from October 6 to October 26 (race day).
• 1K Registration: $20 through October 5: $30 from October 6 to October 26 (race day).
• Registration Process: Registration will remain open through race day at 8:30 am and must be done online: no paper registrations available.

Packet Pick-up

• Date: Saturday, October 25th from 11:00 am-3:00 pm.
• Race Morning: Packet pick-up starts at 7:30 am on Sunday, October 26 (race day).
• Location: Clyde's at Broadlands.
• Online Registration: You can register on a computer or your phone.

Awards

• Children's Awards: Medals will be given to all children (12 & Under) who participate in the race.
• Overall Awards: Awards for first place overall (male and female) finishers.
• Age Group Awards: Top male and female finishers in age groups ranging from 8 & Under to 70 & Over.
• Team Awards: An award for the fastest team, requiring at least 5 runners on the team—no gender requirement.
