2025 South Florida Sunset Challenge

🌅 Welcome to the South Florida Sunset Challenge!

We are excited to once again host the South Florida Sunset Challenge. The event will be held on Sunday March 23, 2025 at Vista View Park in Davie Florida. There are two event options available: 5K Run/Walk and Duathlon (2.5K Run / 10K Cycling / 2.5K Run). Each event will participate with their fellow event competitors, with no events overlapping. The Duathlon will be held on Sunday March 23rd at 3:45pm, the 5K Run/Walk will be held at 6:15pm. This will allow each event to have 100% attention and focus from the event, spectators, and fellow competitors.

• 5K Run/Walk: Join us for a fun and scenic run or walk through Vista View Park.
• Duathlon: Experience a thrilling combination of running and cycling in a well-structured format.
• Inclusivity: The South Florida Sunset Challenge has a platform for the elite, novice, and beginners.
• Unique Timing: A great break from the common 7:00am morning event, taking advantage of the beautiful South Florida weather.

🎖️ Participation Perks

All participants will receive a dri-fit shirt, custom finisher medal, and personalized race certificate. All events will be chip-timed and podium presented to the top three overall, masters, and age groups.

📅 Event Details and Schedule

South Florida Sunset Challenge SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

• Friday March 21, 2025: Pre-Race Packet Pickup from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at Victory Sports Management, 4580 N Hiatus Rd, Sunrise, FL 33351.
• Sunday March 23, 2025: Vista View Park – Schedule of Events begins at 3:00pm with Packet Pickup Open (Race Day Registration available).
• 3:40pm: National Anthem & Announcements.
• 3:45pm: Start South Florida Sunset Challenge Duathlon (FORMAT 2.5K Run / 10K Cycling / 2.5K Run).
• 5:30pm: Duathlon Awards.
• 6:15pm: Start 5K Run/Walk.
• 7:15pm: 5K Run/Walk Awards.
• 7:53pm: Beautiful South Florida Sunset.
