- Organization: Heart2Heart Outreach is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization committed to helping seniors by providing hope, sharing love, and restoring purpose to isolated seniors.
- Mission: We mobilize volunteers to connect, advocate, respond, and engage lonely seniors living alone in their own homes or nursing home facilities.
- Proceeds: Benefit the seniors in our C.A.R.E. program throughout South Florida.
🏃♂️ Event Details
- Event: Join us for the Heart2Heart 5K Gran Run/Walk! Whether you’re a seasoned runner or enjoy a casual stroll, together, we’ll run or walk to support and empower seniors in our community facing isolation and loneliness.
- Awareness: Let’s bring awareness to the challenges our aging population faces every day—all while having fun with friends and family!
- Registration Fee: 5K Run/Walk: $30.00 (includes a T-shirt and a commemorative medal).
- Kids Dash: $5.00 (ages 10 and under).
- Timing: Race Day packet pickup opens at 5:30 a.m.: 5K starts at 7:00 a.m.: Kids Dash starts at 8:00 a.m.
