- Half Marathon & 10K: 3 miles of rolling hills on the Towpath, flat finish.
- 5K: Flat, fast course finishing at Lake Avenue Trailhead.
- Time Limit: 3.5 Hours to complete the event!

- 5K Stops: Water at 1.50 Mile
- 10K Stops: Water at 2.80 & 4.65 Mile
- Half Marathon Stops: Multiple stops including water, Gatorade, & Energy Gel.
- Note: Gatorade & Energy Gel will be on Half Marathon Course Only!
