Celebrate the start of summer and take in the beauty of Cuyahoga Valley National Park as Old Trail School hosts the 2nd Annual Cuyahoga Valley 5K and Family Fun Run on Saturday, June 8. The fun begins with a 5K cross country run at 9:00 a.m. (sign-in begins at 8:00 a.m.), followed by a 1-mile, fun run for adults and children, ages 4 and up. All skill levels are welcome!
🏃 5K Course Details
- Course Type: The 5K cross-country course will be run primarily on a natural, wooded path.
- Elevation Gain: Enjoy a scenic route with a 112 ft elevation gain.
- Trail Features: Trails weave in and out of Cuyahoga Valley National Park.
- Stroller Information: Due to limited accessibility, jogging strollers are not recommended.
👟 1-Mile Family Fun Run Details
- Path Type: The Family Fun Run will be run on a flat, all-grass path.
- Route Location: The path loops around Old Trail School's athletic fields and solar array.
- Stroller Information: Jogging strollers are permitted.
- Finisher Medals: All children, ages 4 and up, will receive finisher medals.
