🏃‍♂️ 2025 Biz Dash 5K Overview

The 10th Annual Biz Dash 5K presented by World Wide Technology returns this spring to Energizer Park on Thursday, May 22 in Downtown St. Louis! The Team Village will be open from 5-9pm. The 5K is tentatively scheduled to start at 7pm.

🌟 Health and Wellness Focus

• Objective: Promote health and wellness in the workplace and encourage everyone to get outside and be active.
• Event Description: Known as "St. Louis' Healthiest Happy Hour," the Biz Dash combines fitness, team bonding, and fun!
• Participation: All levels of runners and walkers are encouraged to participate for their “company team.”
• Alternative Registration: If your business isn’t involved, you can register on the Sports Foundation team (general public) and join in the fun!

🎽 Registration Details

REGISTRATION IS $45 PER PARTICIPANT AND INCLUDES:

• Biz Dash T-shirt (soft style)
• 1 Swag Item to be announced
• 1 Complimentary Post-Race Beverage
• Race Bib & Timing Strip

REGISTRATION FEE INCREASES FROM $45 TO $50 ON TUESDAY, APRIL 22!

Team Registration closes Wednesday, May 14 at Noon.

The Biz Dash is St. Louis’ version of the corporate run which has become widely popular in communities across the country. The heart of the event is to bring our community together and promote a healthy lifestyle.

Through several innovative programs and platforms, the St. Louis Sports Foundation – the 501(c)(3) charitable affiliate of the St. Louis Sports Commission – promotes sportsmanship in the community and fosters a culture of kindness, respect, civility and selflessness.
