🏃♂️ Sweat Bar Fitness Withrow Memorial 5K
Join us in our yearly celebration and dedication of an amazing man, Jerrod Withrow.

- Date: March 30, 2025
- Location: 102 Union Ave, Oakdale, PA
👕 Event Details
- Timed 5K: This will be a timed 5K, and shirts will be provided if you sign up by the shirt deadline date.
- Donations: All donations will go to Jerrod's family.
- Course: The race will start and end at Helicon Brewing in Oakdale. The course will be 1.55 miles on the Panhandle trail headed towards McDonald and then back.
👨👩👧 Family Fun Walk
- 1 Mile Walk: A 1 mile family fun walk is also available but will not be a timed event.
- T-Shirt Option: A t-shirt add on option is available with the 1 mile fun walk.
