16th Annual Run For Their Lives 5K

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

Join us for the 16th Annual Run for Their Lives 5K happening in-person on September 6, 2025! Your participation will help raise awareness of bleeding disorders and help raise needed funds for education and advocacy. Run through beautiful tree-lined streets in North Park, located in northern Allegheny County, just north of Pittsburgh, PA.

🕒 Registration Details

• Online Registration: Closes at 6:00 PM on Friday, September 5.
• In-Person Registration: Begins at 7:30 AM on Saturday, September 6!

📅 Race Information

• Date: Saturday, September 6, 2025
• Location: North Park Swimming Pool Loop, 9901 S Ridge Dr, Gibsonia, PA 15044
• Time: Registration begins at 7:30 AM, Race begins at 8:30 AM
• Distance: 5K (3.1 miles)

🎽 Participant Perks

Each participant will receive a technical race t-shirt, goody bag, and medal. The final day to ensure a shirt in your size is Friday, July 25.

💰 Registration Fees

• Early Bird Pricing: $25 now through May 31, 2025
• Pre-Race Registration: $30 from June 1 – September 5, 2024
• Race Day Fee: $35

🌐 Virtual Option

Our hybrid run gives you the choice to join us in-person on September 6 in North Park or be a virtual runner and run one of your favorite courses! No matter where you run, you’re still raising critical awareness and funds to support those affected by bleeding disorders in Western Pennsylvania!

• Registration Fee: $25 for virtual runners, includes a t-shirt, race medal, and goody bag.
• Packet Options: Race packets can be mailed for an additional fee or picked up for free at the WPBDF office.
• Office Hours: Open from 9 am - 4 pm.

Come for the Run – Stay for the Fun! Following the Run For Their Lives 5K, there will be our Unite for Bleeding Disorders Walk to support the Western PA Bleeding Disorder Foundation.
