15th Annual Run For Their Lives 5K

🏃‍♀️ Event Overview

Join us for the 15th Annual Run for Their Lives 5K happening in-person on September 6, 2025! Your participation will help raise awareness of bleeding disorders and help raise needed funds for education and advocacy. Run through beautiful tree-lined streets in North Park, located in northern Allegheny County, just north of Pittsburgh, PA.

🗓️ Important Dates

• Registration Deadline: Online run registration will close at 6:00 PM on Friday, September 5. In-person registration will begin at 7:30 AM on Saturday, September 6!
• Date: Saturday, September 6, 2025
• Time: Registration begins at 7:30 AM, Race begins at 8:30 AM
• Distance: 5K (3.1 miles)

👕 Participant Benefits

Each participant will receive a technical race t-shirt, goody bag, and medal. The final day to ensure a shirt in your size is Friday, July 25.

💰 Registration Fees

• Early Bird Pricing: $25 now through May 31, 2025
• Pre-Race Registration: $30 from June 1 – September 5, 2024
• Race Day Fee: $35

🌐 Virtual Run Option

Our hybrid run gives you the choice to join us in-person on September 6 in North Park or be a virtual runner and run one of your favorite courses! No matter where you run, you’re still raising critical awareness and funds to support those affected by bleeding disorders in Western Pennsylvania!

Registration for virtual runners is $25 and includes a t-shirt, race medal, and goody bag. Virtual runners have the option to have their race packets/bags mailed to them for an additional fee or free pick-up at the WPBDF office located at:

• Office Hours: 9 am - 4 pm
