Lace Up for the Library Presented by the Patti J. Nelson Foundation

🏃‍♂️ 5K Race Details

• Date: 2025-05-18
• Location: 400 Old Rt 68, Evans City, PA
• Course: A challenging 5K course through the rolling hills of Old Route 68, Needlepoint, and Dufford Roads and a picturesque 1 mile that is great for participants of all ages.
• Awards: Top male and female finishers will have their name engraved on the Patti J. Nelson Foundation Trophy to be enjoyed for years. There will be prizes for the top 3 male and female finishers and for the top 3 age group finishers.

🎉 Post-Race Celebration

• Ceremony: Includes an award ceremony, raffle baskets, and a 50/50.
• Food: Lunch will be provided.
• Community: A community celebration will take place.
• Prizes: Every participant also has an opportunity to win a door prize.

• Funding: Governmental agencies provide operating costs for only half the year. The Patti J. Nelson Foundation, in addition to donations and fundraising events, helps allow the library to keep its doors open year-round.
