👩👦 Participation Details
Ruckers, Runners, walkers and families are welcome to do a single 4.7 mile loop or as many loops as possible. Some participants will take on multiple loops over the course of 4 or 6 or 8 hours and a few athletes will stay on course for a full 12 hours. All loops are ended with excitement and encouragement to see how far people will push together for a great cause.
🎒 Rucking Guidelines
- Official Weight: 30# for men, 20# for women
- Single Loop Encouragement: Participants are encouraged to ruck, run, or walk
- Multi-loop Registration: Those wishing to do less than official weight or no weight can still complete as many laps as possible
- Day-of Registration: Limited registration may be available on site
🤝 Event Participation
This information will be updated as the event gets closer. If event limit is hit, additional registration is subject to event staff on site on April 11th. Spectators and donations are welcome at the event.
