🏃♂️ Caddo Mills Fox Trot Overview
FOX TROT is our little town’s Big 5K run and for the kiddos we have a 1 Mile Fun Run! This will be the 31st Annual Caddo Mills Fox Trot.
📏 Course Certification
Don't forget: we are a USATF Certified 5K route. For any road running performance to be accepted as a record or be nationally ranked, it must be run on a USATF-certified course.
🔍 Importance of Certification
- Performance Tracking: The certification program is very important to the average road racer, as well as those of exceptional speed.
- Course Comparisons: Most runners like to compare performances run on different courses, and such comparisons are difficult if course distances are not reliable.
- Establishing Records: No one can truly establish a personal best if the course distance is not accurate.
