Running can be intimating. Running a half marathon can be EVEN more intimating. So let us help!
🏆 Program Overview
- Objective: Whether you're new to running, a local legend, or just want a structured program, we’re here to help you meet your goals.
- Partnership: We’re partnering with HOKA to bring you the Conquer the Hill Training Program.
- Duration: This is a 12-week program designed to prepare you for the Hospital Hill Half Marathon on May 31.
- Schedule: Our plan has you running four days a week with your long run being Saturday morning.
🤝 Group Training Experience
Each Saturday we will meet up to run together, encourage one another, and celebrate victories throughout the season.
🌟 Inclusivity
- Designed for All: This plan is designed with newer runners or those returning to running after a long break in mind.
- Welcoming Atmosphere: This will be a welcoming environment for any and all paces.
- No Pressure: It doesn’t matter how fast or how slow you are.
- Motivation: We believe you CAN do this!
