We are heading BACK to the flat, fast, streets of North Kansas City on May 17, 2025 for Brandon Russell's Flash Dash! Join us for our annual 5k run/walk or a 1 mile walk. For the younger dashers we will again be offering our popular Kid's Dash!

- Race Shirt: All racers will receive a race t-shirt!
- Medal: All racers will receive a medal!
🗓️ Registration Details
- Deadline: You must register by Sunday, May 4th to guarantee a shirt and your preferred shirt size.
- After May 4th: We will have additional shirts available for those that register after May 4th but we cannot guarantee availability, size, or cut.
