Winter Seminar 2025 - Twin City Track Club (NEW DATE: APRIL 5-6)

🏃‍♀️ Event Overview

TCTC's Winter Seminar is an annual event that features a keynote runner-focused speaker in a social setting. The event has been held every year since 1988 and has featured such notables as: Keira D'Amato, Des Linden, Dave McGillivray, Bill Rodgers, Zola Budd, Bart Yasso, and Jeff Galloway, to name a few.

📅 Updated Event Dates

• New Date: APRIL 5-6!
• Location: 412 Rams Drive, Winston Salem, NC
• Postponement: TCTC Winter Seminar weekend had to be postponed due to inclement weather.

💖 Fundraising Efforts

Proceeds from the "A Run For The Hills" virtual run, speech ticket sales, and book sales will benefit Western NC Relief efforts from Hurricane Helene! Additional donations may be given using the DONATE button above...or during registration for the CraftHalf races!

🏞️ Saturday Activities

• Morning Events: Enjoy a 1-3 mile shake out run and free yoga session in Downtown Winston-Salem.
• Location: Footnote Coffee & Cocktail.
• Cost: Both the shake out run and yoga session are free of charge.

🎤 Evening Speaker

Saturday evening is the headliner with guest speaker Mirna Valerio. Mirna will not only inspire you...she will "Mirnavate" you! Her speech is followed by a Q&A session, followed by a book sale and signing.

🏅 Sunday Run Options

The weekend will culminate with a dynamic partnership with Junction311 and their CraftHalf Half Marathon & 5K.

• Participants: May choose a 1 Mile, 5K, CraftDouble (1M & 5K)...or for those really "Mirnavated"...the Half Marathon!
• Meet Mirna: She will be available that morning at the Twin City Track Club and lululemon tents prior to the race start. She will be running also!
• Registration: Registration is required to participate in the CraftHalf events.

🎉 Post-Race Celebration

The festivities continue after the race with a Community Block Party featuring Foothills Brewery as the event host, with up to 12 additional exceptional breweries joining in the celebration! We've jam-packed this weekend with events designed to inspire and encourage active engagement from our community!
