🏁 Race Description
- Type: The Whitefish Whiteout is a mountaineering race, where competitors skin and bootpack up a variety of terrain, remove their skins and descend challenging terrain throughout the permit area of the resort.
- Prizes: A $1,100 cash purse and plenty of great prizes are up for grabs!
⛷️ Categories
- Participants: The Whiteout is open to a variety of ability levels for AT/touring skiers, telemark skiers and splitboarders.
- Categories: Men’s and women’s category in each.
- Course Options: Choose from Single Ascent, Short, Medium, or Long Course in each category.
- Time Limit: There is a maximum time of 4 hours for all competitors to complete the course.
