2025 Teal Ribbon Run / Walk - Hope for Heather

🏃‍♀️ Event Overview

• Live and Virtual Options: Join us for the 17th Annual Teal Ribbon Run/Walk for ovarian cancer awareness. The live event is on May 17th at Lewis Park in Minoa, NY and a virtual event will take place between May 17th and May 24th anywhere you want in celebration of our survivors and angels.

🏅 Race Features

• Flat and Fast Course: Certified 5K Course with Electronic Chip Timing.
• Course Design: The course is designed for Personal Best Time (PBT) - no exhausting hills.
• Perfect Conditions: Cool spring morning temperatures are ideal for optimal performance.
• Finishing Touch: The finishing 1/3 mile is slightly downhill.

🎉 Post-Race Activities

• Awards: Team awards and awards for the top male and female finishers in age groups.
• Raffle: Awesome Basket Raffle.
• Complimentary Food: Each Adult Bib enables Free Slice of Pizza or Draft beer (at Trappers II).
• Fundraising Recognition: Awards for top fundraisers will be presented three weeks after the race date.

🕗 Race Day Information

• Registration Time: Race day registrations begin at 8:00 AM at Lewis Park, Minoa, NY in the Pole Barn.
• Registration Process: Registrations will be via cell phone, or tablet with QR code available to scan.
• Payment Options: Cash and credit card will be accepted for registration and donations on race day.
• Event Shirt: Every registrant can select an event shirt as long as registration is received by April 30th.

• Community Awareness: The Teal Ribbon Run is one of Hope for Heather’s largest community awareness events.
• Funding Support: Monies raised support ovarian cancer awareness, local patient support, and research.
• Volunteer Organization: Hope for Heather is an IRS 501(c)3, 100% volunteer organization.
• Fundraising Goals: Prizes for individual fundraisers raising $100, $250, $500, or $1,000.
